also alles in allem gut aber die Halme sind etwas unscharf aber dieser moment ist so selten das das nicht so sehr stört

Ja, das ist ja die Absicht. Nennt man DOF -> Depth of field. Wird nur das Wesentliche scharfgestellt. :)

I quite like this. The tones are good, and the general composition is, too. I'm not too sure about the grain/noise though, did it come from post editing?

Grain comes from camera :shrug: and from unsharpen..i guess it fits well.
